The Travelle bar team – led by Beverage Director Thibaut Idenn and Mixologist Slava Borisov – presents this collection showcasing the Moët Hennessy portfolio to offer guests a unique and extraordinary experience. Flying Godfather ($75) is only offered at the bar counter and includes Glenmorangie Signet Scotch Whisky and truffle-infused Amaretto. This luxe cocktail is served atop a cigar box, and garnished with a dried red rose, a royal flush, and a cinnamon cigar.
Don’t Burst My Bubble – also served solely at the bar counter – is an inimitable offering featuring Hennessy Cognac (Hennessy V.S.O.P for $45, Hennessy X.O for $90, or Hennessy Paradis Impérial for $225), V.E.P. Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters. This impressive showstopper features a “magic bubble” applied to the top of the cocktail that dissipates into a jasmine white smoke upon delivery.
Caviar and Terroir ($95) can be ordered at both the bar counter and in the bar lounge. This drink is made with a choice of either Belvedere Single Estate Lake Bartężek or Smogóry Forest, both of which are crafted with rare Diamond Dankowskie Rye. For this cocktail, the vodka is served in a carafe and the following elements are served on the side: Murray River Salt solution, Okinawa ocean water, freeze-dried green olive-infused Dolin Dry vermouth, and Okinawa island sea grapes. A garnish of Osetra Caviar & Oyster is served as an accompaniment. Guests have the opportunity to combine the ingredients themselves at the table for a one-of-a-kind beverage experience.
