In response to Governor Pritzker’s announcement, Travelle Restaurant and Bar will temporarily be suspending indoor dining operations until further notice.

Travelle Reopens Friday, July 10, 2020

Travelle at The Langham announces its reopening this Friday, July 10. Chef Jeff Vucko and team are thrilled to officially welcome guests back into the seasonally inspired restaurant’s dining room. A culinary destination for picturesque river-front dining, Travelle features dishes with farm-fresh ingredients and skillfully crafted cocktails.

Locals and visitors alike are invited to enjoy the long-awaited menu with revamped summertime selections. Menu highlights include Zucchini Vichyssoise with Goat Cheese, Sweet Corn, and Urfa Pepper ($12); Summer Solstice Panzanella with Tomato, Melon, and Raspberry Vinaigrette ($16); Grand “Maine Lobster Roll” with Brown Buttered Hollandaise, Celery, and Pickled Peppers ($27); Casarecce alla Carbonara with Guanciale, Pecorino Romano, and Chives ($23); and Roasted Chicken with Truffled Pommes, Swiss Chard, and Vin Jaune ($29).

For dessert, Pastry Chef Danielle Marelli presents a brand-new menu featuring standouts such as: Peaches & Cream with Yogurt Panna Cotta, Sweet Corn Cake, Charred Peaches, and Peach Sorbet ($12); Lime Tart with Key Lime Custard, Pickled Blueberries, and Sour Cream Ice Cream ($12); and Cocoa Nib Tres Leches with Milk Chocolate Mousse, Candied Cocoa Nibs, and Toasted Meringue ($12).

The Travelle cocktail program includes a number of new offerings, including Aloe Buck with Hendricks Gin, Lemon, and Housemade Aloe-Lemongrass Ginger Beer ($16); Tropical Storm with Talisker 10 Year Single Malt Scotch, Passionfruit, Eucalyptus Honey Syrup, Coconut Water, and Turmeric ($17); and Rye Now with Rittenhouse Bonded Rye, Amaro, Pineapple-Star Anis Syrup, and Lime ($15).

For health and safety measures, temperature screenings are required to enter Travelle at The Langham. Face coverings must be worn in the public areas, except when guests are seated at their table. Proper social distancing measures must always be observed. Travelle will be unable to accommodate additional guests to parties without prior confirmation and will enforce a maximum table time of two hours so the team may sanitize the space and maintain a safe occupancy level. Currently, Travelle at The Langham accepts payment in the form of a room charge or credit card only, as cash is not accepted.
