Travelle To-Go

Following its re-opening on July 10, Travelle at The Langham officially launches Travelle To-Go on Wednesday, August 5 at 12 p.m. with a full menu of offerings available for takeout including small plates, desserts, cocktails to-go, wine, and more. For those looking for an outdoor experience to their liking, Travelle To-Go also offers picnic baskets for retail ($60) to add to takeout orders. Travelle To-go orders are picked up at the AMA Plaza on the ground level next to the Chicago River.

Inspired by Chef Jeff Vucko’s seasonally inspired in-house dining menu, Travelle To-Go allows guests to bring the restaurant’s farm fresh fare to the destination of their choice, whether that is in the comfort and safety of home or a tranquil park for an afternoon picnic. Guests can indulge in Chef Jeff’s new menu items available to-go with small plates including Burrata with Raspberry and Peaches served with Honey Comb, Peach Gastrique, and Focaccia ($18), Meatballs with Pomodoro, Grana Padano, and Country Bread ($16), and Summer Solstice Panzanella with Prosciutto, Tomato, Melon, and Raspberry Vinaigrette ($16). Main dishes include Grand “Maine Lobster Roll” with Brown Buttered Hollandaise, Celery, and Pickled Peppers ($27); Polish Sausage with House Sauerkraut, Grilled Onions, and Horseradish Mustard ($18), and Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice, Naan, Cumin Crema, Pea Tendrils and Cilantro ($19).

For dessert, Pastry Chef Danielle Marelli shares a piece of summer Key Lime Tart with Key Lime Custard, Pickled Blueberries, and White Chocolate Chantilly ($8), Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream ($8), and the Banana Cream Pudding Slice with White Chocolate Mousse and Vanilla Whipped Cream ($8).

Travelle’s beverage team has also launched a brand new cocktail to-go menu featuring El Parajo with Mezcal Vida Del Maguey, Sherry Pedro Ximenez, Tawny Port, and Chocolate Bitters ($16), Piazza Bianca with Ketel One Vodka, Italicus, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, and Citrus Syrup ($16), and Stacks of Wheat with Marker’s Mark, Gran Classico, and Dolin Blanc ($16). These cocktails feature stunning label designs created by local artist Jesse Hora. The cocktails to-go are currently available for pick-up at Travelle and will be available for pick-up at the AMA Plaza soon. A selection of red, white, and rosé wines, and beers such as Off Color Tooth & Claw and Half Acre Tuna Session, are also available to-go, along with Rishi Sparkling Tea.

Travelle To-Go is available Wednesday through Saturday between 12:00 -6:00 pm.
