Travelle at The Langham announces its long-awaited return of breakfast and weekend brunch operations resuming Wednesday, May 5. Newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Qi Ai is delighted to welcome guests back into the dining room, where she reintroduces the extraordinary dining experience patrons have come to appreciate and enjoy. A luxurious dining destination along the scenic Chicago River, Travelle features dishes made with the freshest ingredients alongside skillfully crafted classic cocktails.

For breakfast, diners can savor some of Travelle’s most beloved menu selections, including Bruschetta Eggs with Basil Pesto, Mozzarella, Heirloom Tomatoes, Arugula, and Country Bread ($18); Travelle Benedict with Lobster, Spinach, and Truffle Hollandaise ($29); and Skillet Cinnamon Role with Warm Cinnamon Spice and Cream Cheese Glaze ($14). Alongside Travelle’s most favored breakfast options, Chef Qi is excited to premiere several brand-new dishes, including the Chorizo Skillet with Eggs, Chorizo, Fingerling Potatoes, Spring Onion, and Piquillo Aioli ($18).

Guests are invited to delight in Travelle Bar’s indulgent, revamped brunch offerings every Saturday and Sunday. Menu highlights include the delectable Grand ‘Maine Lobster Roll’ with Brown Butter Hollandaise, Celery, and Peppers ($32) and Sweet Potato Black Bean Burger with Carolina Barbeque Sauce, Corn, and Avocado Relish ($20). New items to the brunch menu include the Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Sunchoke, Smoked Pear, Celery, and Bacon ($14) and Pork Belly Banh Mi Sandwich, a modern spin on Chef Qi’s adored childhood dish, with Hoisin Glaze, Pickled Carrot, Radish, and Fresh Herbs ($21).

Alongside a carefully curated wine list, Travelle’s esteemed beverage program includes an extensive cocktail menu. Mixologist Slava Borisov offers an array of captivating, hand-crafted beverages, perfect for any cocktail connoisseur. Beverage highlights include the London Lover made with vanilla-infused Belvedere Vodka, passionfruit, crème de pêche, and Prosecco ($20); Northern Pearl with Grey Goose, mead wine, fall syrup, lemon, and grapefruit bitters ($17); and the non-alcoholic Blackberry Smash with blackberry, basil, lime, and soda ($8). Bar service continues to be available Wednesday through Sunday.

For health and safety measures, temperature screenings are required to enter Travelle at The Langham. Face coverings must be worn in the public areas and while seated when interacting with Travelle staff. Proper social distancing measures must always be observed. Travelle will be unable to accommodate additional guests to parties without prior confirmation and enforce a maximum table time of two hours so the team may sanitize the space and maintain a safe occupancy level.
