The countdown to 2022 begins with a delectable New Year’s Eve dinner, followed by a party in Travelle. After a seven-course prix fixe dinner designed by Executive Chef Damion Henry, guests may revel in creative cocktails and dance the night away in Travelle Bar as a DJ spins hits that span the decades.

NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER

Indulge in the last meal of the year at Travelle—a seven-course dinner that begins with Nantucket Bay Scallop Ceviche, followed by butter-poached Maine Lobster Bisque and Hudson Valley Foie Gras. A brief intermezzo of Lemon with Grand Marnier will prepare your palette for the main meal: Grilled Australian Wagyu NY Strip with roasted Maitake and black trumpet, Kabocha squash, and truffle. Pastry Chef Nitin Bali presents Petit Fours and a Chocolate Experience that highlighing Manjari mousse, praline cremeux and hazelnut ice cream.
