A brief intermezzo of Lemon with Grand Marnier will prepare your palette for the main meal: Grilled Australian Wagyu NY Strip with roasted Maitake and black trumpet, Kabocha squash, and truffle. Pastry Chef Nitin Bali presents Petit Fours and a Chocolate Experience that highlighing Manjari mousse, praline cremeux and hazelnut ice cream.
